Responsibilities: TSG Opportunity: Associate Director – Join Our Team!

• Manage the design processes throughout the construction project, ensuring timely availability of drawings and reviewing designs for the relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients on design-related matters, addressing their needs and requirements.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels between the design teams involved in the project.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the project duration.
• Assess, mitigate, and manage design-related risks effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, sustainable building standards (e.g., BREEAM), and industry codes of practice.
• Lead and manage the design team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Chair design meetings, prepare comprehensive reports, and deliver engaging presentations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in architecture, construction management, construction project management, design management, or architectural technology.
• Possess excellent design and technical skills, including proficiency in design software.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking.
• Demonstrate project management skills to effectively coordinate and execute design-related tasks.
• Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with legislation and sustainability guidelines.
