*Manage Utility Invoices: Oversee receipt of invoices for various utilities like Tabreed, District Cooling, Telecom, etc.
*Ensure prompt invoice reception and liaise with relevant authorities if delays occur.
*Validate invoices against actual usage and create a timely Signoff sheet for payment processing.
*Develop a monthly Tracker showcasing utility consumption and costs, submitting it to LREDC.
*Collaborate with Finance to confirm payment release and provide necessary documentation.
*Timely payment execution prior to stated due dates on invoices. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to utility invoices.”
