- Verify and upload company presentations and diverse content from various websites
- Configure new web scraping jobs via an admin interface
- Troubleshoot content issues with innovative solutions
- Collaborate with content providers and internal teams for timely issue resolution
- Review documents for accurate categorization and tagging
- Identify and onboard new sources of web content
- Track processing state, generate content usage reports, and maintain content request logs
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite, and basic technical skills
- Energetic and creative with a natural curiosity and quick learning ability
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Effective time management and task prioritization, especially under pressure
- Availability for a late shift to support the U.S. revenue team
- Superior Excel skills are considered an added advantage
