1. HR Advisor

Job Description: To efficiently provide comprehensive HR support within the school, serving as the primary contact for employment matters and offering expert guidance to School Leadership on HR issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for all staff regarding HR matters such as contracts, payroll, and policies.
• Manage the onboarding process for new staff including communication and induction.
• Handle visa, work permit, and application processing for new hires, ensuring compliance.

2. IT Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to resolve computer user problems swiftly.
• Investigate and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Prioritize and respond promptly to support calls and tickets.
• Maintain accurate inventory lists and update records of maintenance or changes to assets.
• Manage various IT equipment and facilities across the school.

Person Specification:

Education: Bachelor’s degree supplemented by relevant computer certificate programs.

Experience: Minimum two years of experience in computer systems support with demonstrated excellent customer service skills.

Attributes:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in problem-solving.
• Awareness of ITIL.
• Possession of relevant technical qualifications from recognized vendors (Microsoft, Apple, etc.).
