- Proficiency in C and/or C++ programming languages.

- Good understanding of programming languages and processor architecture.

- Knowledge of Object-oriented programming in C/C++ or Java, with scripting (Perl or Python) as a plus.

- Solid understanding of Operating System Fundamentals.

- Aptitude in innovative and optimal design.

- Knowledge of Linux kernel is a plus.
