As a Financial Analyst, you will be at the forefront of handling various stages of the client/product life cycle, spanning KYC, reference data management, legal docs, loans, portfolio reconciliation, document capture, system reconciliation, pre and post settlements, brokerage functions, drafting, trade support, corporate actions, and tax operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in external interactions with agents, counterparties, and clients to resolve queries and discrepancies related to the process.
- Work on capital market operational tasks such as Reference Data support, Regulatory reporting, Know Your Customer (KYC), and various front-office and back-office reconciliations.
- Manage back-office and middle-office processes for financial institutions.
- Conduct data capture, cataloging, data processing, system inputs and updates, reconciliations, settlements, and fund transfers.
Job Requirements:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- Basic knowledge of finance, trade life cycle, investment banking, and derivatives.
- Above-average skills in planning, organizing, and time management.
- Strong logical and quantitative abilities to derive valuable insights from data.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in investment banking operations involving projects, people, process, and client management.
